Use of the Club's facility is restricted to Members and their guests;

Members' guests must sign in and pay the visitor's fee of $10pp by eftpos or in the honesty box;

Visitors may only play while a Member is present;

Once a visitor has played 3 times at the Club, they will be asked to join the Club and pay the membership fee for the remainder of the Club season;

All interclub players must be paid up Members;

Any member found lending their key to any other person will forfeit all membership rights;

Members are asked to use the Club and its facilities with respect and in accordance with accepted practices, including locking club rooms if last member out, turning off the lights after use, keeping club rooms / toilets / tennis courts in a clean and tidy condition, no hitting balls at the windows;

The upstairs bar area is reserved for persons 18 years and over unless supervised by an adult member;

No alcohol is to be brought into the Club and consumed on premises without the express consent of the Committee;

Members shall observe any notices in the bar area from time to time pertaining to food and beverage consumption, pricing, rubbish & recycling, etc.

Any drinks taken from the bar fridges are to be paid for on the day using the eftpos system;

Vacate club rooms / courts by 11pm each night;

Report all breakages or malfunctions to the Head Coach, Coaches or Club Administrator immediately;

Please keep your Club tidy!
