Interclub Season is Here

ATTENTION ALL MIDWEEK LADIES & JUNIORS: SUMMER INTERCLUB ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN! 

Spring has sprung, which means it’s time to put all those well-honed, on-court skills to good use in some fun - and mostly friendly - competition against the other Auckland tennis clubs. 

In addition to our four Senior Interclub teams, Gladstone Tennis Club is proud to already feature four Midweek Ladies’ Teams and one Junior team, and we encourage everyone to join in, either filling in as a reserve for an existing team or starting a new one.

Junior Interclub (entries close Sunday 1 October, play starts 28/29 October) 

• All ages are welcome, and players must be able to serve, rally and keep score. 

• 4+ player teams, one doubles and one singles match

• Beginners Grades (lower compression/green dot balls) play either Saturdays 12:30pm @ Auckland Netball, or Sundays 9am at home/Gladstone or away at other clubs. 

• Open grades (regular yellow ball) play either Saturdays 8:30am or Sundays 9am, home or away 

• Pre-Xmas season runs weekly until early December 

Midweek Ladies (entries close Sunday 24 Sept, play starts 16/17 October) 

• 18 yrs and older

• 4+ player teams, two doubles matches

• Champs 1, Champs 2 and Open Grades

• Play Mondays and/or Tuesdays from 9:30am (approx finish 1pm), home or away

• Pre-Xmas season runs weekly until early December

• NO PLAY on 23/24 October (Labour Day)
