TERM 3 JUNIOR COACHING

 After School Eight Week Programme

 ·        Mondays: 21 July - 8 September 

o   4-5 pm: Red & Orange ball

o   5-6 pm: Green & Yellow ball

·        Wednesdays: 23 July - 10 September

o   3.30-4 pm: Red ball (level one)

o   4-5 pm: Red ball (level two) & Orange ball

o   5-6 pm: Green & Yellow ball

All levels are welcome for these group sessions. Each week involves fast-paced and game-based doubles tennis drills.

All members and playing levels are welcome to this weekly session. The lesson involves fast-paced doubles drills with key coaching tips.
